I attended Stephen Oliver's Mile High Karate from 1988-1997 (age 8-17) obtaining My first degree black belt and up through black-red. I am still benefiting from what I had learned the 9 years I was there. I have maintained the positive lifestyle and mindframe taught through karate. As a child I enjoyed the friends, goal setting, and the excitement of the sport. Now I realize the deeper meaning in the thought process and overall outlook on life and am very fortunate to have had such an opportunity. I hope for my son, who is almost 3, to be able to experience the teachings of Stephen Oliver's Mile High Karate.
